6. one year warranty, lifetime maintenance, software system lifetime upgrade.
(1) The warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty period, equipment defects, malfunctions or damages caused by design, manufacture, material selection, matching and transportation, etc., are repaired and replaced free of charge.
(2) After the expiration of the warranty period, if the user needs it, the company will send people to repair and change parts, and charge according to the cost.
7.“48 hours service”—— If the device is in operation, if it receives a written request or notification from the user service request, it will respond within 48 hours to resolve and issue a service report.
8. Provide technical conditions and materials that meet the requirements of the equipment interface for the original supporting equipment of the user.
