TherearwindshieldconveyedfromtheupstreamGTfurnaceistestedbythesystemtodeterminewhethertherearwindshieldautomaticheatinglineandtheantennaarequalified.Thethird-partyautomaticinspectiontoolisusedtocheckwhethertheappearanceoftheglassmeetstherequirements.　　Inordertoachievetheproductioncycle,a12VDCpowersupplyisrequiredasaheatingnetworkheatingpowersource,sothattheheatingnetworkgeneratesheatandexposesproductdefectsasquicklyaspossible.　　Afteraperiodofpowerup(about2.5seconds),thedisconnectionoftheheatingnetworkisdetected.Eachinspectionwilldeliverthecorrespondingglassthermographyimagetotheindustrialcomputerscreenandrecordittothedatabaseforlateranalysis.Thelocationofthewirebreakisautomaticallymarkedontheglassthermographyimage.　　Theautomaticinspectiontoolinspectionstationisready,therobotputstheglassintotheautomaticinspectiontoolinspectionstationtodetecttheglass,andthedetectioniscompleted,andtherobotmovestheglassawayfromtheinspectiontool.
