With the rapid development of science and technology, all walks of life have undergone tremendous changes due to the updating of science and technology. In the past, factories used to operate manually. Now more and more factures are automated. Automated machines take the place of manual production. In this case, non-standard automation equipment has become a very popular industry, through which non-standard automation equipment has become a popular industry. With customized automated production, an enterprise with an annual output value of over 100 million can often meet the needs of product production only with more than 10 technicians.
According to relevant statistics, only 50 customized robots with non-standard equipment are equipped for every 1000 workers in China, while 1 800 non-standard robots are equipped for 1000 workers in Japan and 2 000 in the United States. Therefore, under the same output value, the management cost and manpower cost of manufacturing industry in Europe, America, Japan and Korea are far lower than those in our country. Science and technology are already in every aspect of our lives and work.
Speaking of non-standard, it covers a wide range of industries, such as hardware, electronics, automobiles, textiles, chemical industry, food, medicine and so on. For example, to achieve automatic parts loading and unloading, automatic assembly, automatic packaging, sealing, labeling, testing and so on. In all aspects of production, as long as the need to improve efficiency, machine replacement, stabilize product quality, eliminate pollution and so on can be replaced by non-standard equipment.
Now with the improvement of the quality of life, people's demand for food is increasing, and the requirements of hygiene and quality are more stringent. The application of customized automated non-standard equipment can realize automatic packaging of these foods. The packaging quality of products is better, the production and transportation of food is faster, and the production efficiency of products is improved.
Automobile manufacturing industry is the most widely used industry of automation equipment in industry. Among them, non-standard automation equipment is widely used in the manufacturing and installation process of various automobile parts such as automobile lamp assembly line, steering wheel production line and so on.
Electronic and electrical appliances are transported in the way of production line, so automatic non-standard equipment customization is also an important application way in the product delivery of electronic and electrical production line. At present, the logistics industry is also a relatively fast-growing industry. The warehousing equipment used in the warehousing process of logistics activities should also be customized to automated non-standard equipment, so as to improve the efficiency of logistics activities.
Of course, the application of automated non-standard equipment customization is certainly not only these, basically every industry will use automated non-standard equipment customization, using this equipment to improve production efficiency, but also to achieve some special production requirements. For companies aspiring to start up research and development of automation equipment, non-standard automation equipment is undoubtedly the easiest industry to enter, especially for those engaged in non-standard design who want to enter this field to explore the start is a good choice.
